The much anticipated farewell Ceremony for outgoing class12 Students was held on 31-1-2024. The event marked the end of an Academic journey and served as a plat form for the students, faculty and staff to come together and bid farewell to the graduating class. On 1st April staff meeting for the new academic year 2024 m-2025 covered a discussion on relevant departments regarding the preparation for the academic year start. This includes information on orientation schedules, resources allocation, campus safety measures, and technology readiness. Any concern or challenges were noted for further discussion and resolution and an orientation session led by Fr. Johnson Joseph, the principal of IJS. His presentation on “CONSCIOUSNESS OF HUMAN MIND ’’ was insightful and he also shared exciting plans for school future particularly in the field of ROBOTICS.

On the 19th of September, a heartfelt farewell was extended to Fr Noby Kalachira, the esteemed director of Infant Jesus Senior Secondary School, who had been transferred to St. Padre Pio Church in Rohini. The farewell event, graciously presided over by the school's principal, Father Johnson Joseph, was a touching occasion filled with warmth and gratitude. Present to mark this significant transition were the newly appointed acting director, Father Jomon Vincent, the director of Infant Jesus Kindergarten School, Father Arun Arakkal, and the principal of Infant Jesus Kindergarten School, Sister Rosebel FCC. The chief guests were given a warm welcome, and they both addressed the students, encouraging them to pursue their dreams with determination and dedication. The sporting events were divided into various categories, and students from all age groups participated with great enthusiasm. On the 13th of September, the vibrant spirit of democracy reverberated through the corridors of Infant Jesus Senior Secondary School as we held elections for our Students' Cabinet. The process was meticulously organized by Mr. Bachchu Singh and Ms. Nisha Bhati, ensuring a fair and transparent election. The journey towards selecting our student leaders began with students introducing themselves during the morning assembly on the 11th of September. It was a glimpse into the potential and promise of our young leaders, as they addressed their peers with poise and passion. On Election Day, students from Class 4 exercised their right to vote through the secret ballot system, selecting their Head Boy and Head Girl. In a closely contested race, Jayant and Shagun, both from Class 11, emerged victorious, carrying the responsibility of guiding their fellow students with honor and integrity. The democratic process didn't end there. Four additional cabinet members were elected through a panel of teachers. Sneha Agnihotri was chosen as the Public Relations In Charge, Jatin as the Sports Representative, Aditi as the Arts Representative, and Tushar as the Club Representative.
